How you opt in
You can only sign up for texts inside the Archer app, after you sign in to your own account. There's no keyword to text and no web form, and we never buy or import phone numbers. You can unlink your number any time in Settings, then Text Archer.
What Archer texts you
- A confirmation when you link your number
- Answers to the questions and photos you text to Archer
- Links back to the app to review or approve something
- Reminders about home tasks you've set up
- Alerts about your account, such as a new sign-in
Texts arrive as RCS messages where your phone and carrier support them, and as SMS otherwise.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with how you use Archer. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and stopping texts
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, and we'll send one confirmation. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP or email hi@archerhome.com for help. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of any purchase.
Your privacy
We don't share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except vendors that deliver the messages for us.
